Vacuum environments are used in various ways in large-scale scientific projects such as space exploration, ITER, and particle accelerators, as well as in research institutes and laboratories of various sizes.
In space exploration, satellites are tested in an environment that simulates space using huge vacuum chambers. It requires large oil-sealed rotary vacuum pumps, roots vacuum pumps, and turbo molecular pumps. We have a lineup for each type of vacuum pump.
In particle accelerators and fusion reactors, vacuum equipment must cope with those harsh environments. We have a lineup of specially designed turbo molecular pumps, such as the TG-MR series radiation-tolerant magnetically levitated turbo molecular pumps and the magnetically levitated turbo molecular pumps with magnetic shields.
For laboratories, we offer the ST-Compact series and ST series turbo molecular pumping systems that can easily produce a clean high vacuum.
