Transport

A vacuum chuck is used to catch and transport the object for transporting large-sized plates or paper that is not strong or rigid. Vacuum conveyors are used for food processing, pharmaceutical production, and transporting plastic materials (pellets), in which powders and grains are conveyed in an airflow lower than atmospheric pressure.

These applications require vacuum pumps with high pumping speeds in the low-vacuum range, and centralized pumping systems are sometimes used.

For centralized pumping systems, we offer the P series large oil-sealed rotary piston pumps, the VSV series small and medium-sized single-stage direct drive oil-sealed rotary vane pumps, and Compact Dry Vacuum Pumps.
