OSAKA VACUUM will hold a booth at CIOE 2023 (The 24th China International Optoelectronic Exposition), which will be held in Shenzhen, China from September 6th to 8th.

 

We will showcase mainly turbo molecular and dry vacuum pumps, which are essential for the manufacturing processes of optical components and electronic parts. Notably, we will present vacuum solutions such as
replacing oil diffusion pumps with turbo molecular pumps in film deposition equipment.
