OSAKA VACUUM will hold a booth at the 71st JSAP (The Japan Society of Applied Physics) Spring Meeting & Exhibition 2024 at Setagaya Campus, Tokyo City University from March 22nd to 25th.

 

At the event, we will showcase our various vacuum components, indispensable for creating vacuum environments for the research and development of semiconductor devices, surface physics, applied physics, etc.
