OSAKA VACUUM will hold a booth at the 83rd JSAP (The Japan Society of Applied Physics) Autumn Meeting 2022 at Kawauchi-Kita Campus, Tohoku University. We will showcase our various vacuum components at the event, which are indispensable for creating vacuum environments for research and development of semiconductor device, surface physics, applied physics, etc.
