OSAKA VACUUM will participate as a gold sponsor company at The 22nd International Vacuum Congress (IVC-22) to be held at Sapporo Convention Center. We will also be in corporate exhibitions, parallel sessions, and poster sessions.

 

We will showcase various vacuum components from low vacuum to high vacuum at the corporate exhibitions, including our main product, Turbo molecular pumps for science and technology applications, Direct drive rotary vacuum pumps: VRD series, which can back a turbo molecular pumps or work to pump down from the atmosphere, and Compact dry vacuum pumps: DSP series, etc.

 

In the parallel sessions, we will give a lecture on the Turbo molecular pump equipped with a titanium alloy rotor, which was developed at the request of Dr. Junichiro Kamiya, Research Director of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency.

 

In the poster sessions, we will present the sputtering simulation method and software for predicting the film thickness and properties and calculating the sputtering conditions to achieve the target film thickness and properties.
