Features
Suitable for use in strong magnetic field environments, such as particle accelerators and fusion systems. A magnetic shielding feature has been developed to enhance resistance to magnetic fields. (Japanese Patent No. 5483684) Long cable lengths are also available for magnetically levitated turbo molecular pumps.
- Can operate in a magnetic field without too much braking effect or heating up on the rotor.
- Applicable to all the Osaka Vacuum turbo molecular pumps.
- Suitable for an accelerator. An extra-long cable (up to around 200 m) to a controller is also available.
