OSAKA VACUUM will have a booth at SEMICON TAIWAN 2026, which will be held in Taipei City, Taiwan, from September 2 to 4.

Our products are extensively utilized in various semiconductor manufacturing applications, such as deposition, etching, lithography, ion implantation, packaging, and inspection, to create the required vacuum environments successfully. At this show, we are pleased to present our extensive product lineup, including the magnetically levitated turbo molecular pump with integrated control unit: TGkine®-B series, the energy-efficient heated turbo molecular pump: TG1300MI, and the air-cooled dry vacuum pump FR060D, which has achieved significant recognition in the semiconductor industry.
