OSAKA VACUUM will hold a booth at CIOE 2024 (The 25th China International Optoelectronic Exposition), which will be held in Shenzhen, China from September 11th to 13th.

 

We will showcase mainly turbo molecular and dry vacuum pumps, which are essential for the manufacturing processes of optical components and electronic parts. Notably, we will present vacuum solutions such as replacing oil diffusion pumps with turbo molecular pumps in film deposition equipment.
