In this show, we are delighted to showcase the energy-efficient heated type turbo molecular pump, TGkine4200MI-B; the ultra-low vibration type turbo molecular pump, TG420ML; and the dry vacuum pump, ER100D, which have achieved numerous successes in the semiconductor industry.<\/p>\n
