OSAKA VACUUM will hold a booth at SEMICON KOREA 2026 from February 11th to 13th.

 

Our products are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing for deposition, etching, lithography, ion implantation, packaging, and inspection, among other applications, to create a vacuum environment under the required conditions. In this show, we are delighted to present our wide range of product lineups, including turbo molecular pumps with large pumping speeds & high throughputs, ultra-low vibration turbo molecular pumps, and dry vacuum pumps, which have plenty of achievements in the semiconductor industry.
