Events2nd Semiconductor Technology Expo in Kyushu on 8th - 9th October

 

OSAKA VACUUM will have a booth at the 2nd Semiconductor Technology Expo in Kyushu, which will be held in Marine Messe Fukuoka, Japan, on October 8th and 9th.

 

Our products are widely used in various semiconductor manufacturing applications, including deposition, etching, lithography, ion implantation, packaging, and inspection, to create a vacuum environment under the required conditions. In this show, we are delighted to present our wide range of product lineups, including turbo molecular pumps with large pumping speeds & high throughputs, ultra-low-vibration turbo molecular pumps, and dry vacuum pumps, which have achieved numerous successes in the semiconductor industry.
