OSAKA VACUUM will hold a booth at the 86th JSAP (The Japan Society of Applied Physics) Autumn Meeting 2025 at Meijo University from September 7th to 10th.
At the event, we will showcase our various vacuum components, which are indispensable for creating vacuum environments for the research and development of semiconductor devices, surface physics, applied physics, etc.
