OSAKA VACUUM will have a booth at CIOE 2025 (the 26th China International Optoelectronic Exposition), held in Shenzhen, China, from September 10 to 12.

 

At this exhibition, we will showcase a wide range of vacuum pumps, with a focus on turbo molecular pumps and dry vacuum pumps essential to the manufacturing processes of optical and electronic components. We will highlight maglev turbo molecular pumps with large flange sizes and large volume flow rates, which are ideally suited for deposition systems.
