OSAKA VACUUM will hold a booth at SEMICON Japan 2019.
 
To make IoT community real, the demand for semiconductors, FPDs, electronic components, LEDs, and solar panels is increasing in high-tech fields, such as data centers, biometrics, robots, AI, smartphones, new energy, and so on. A proper vacuum environment is indispensable for these fields.
 
Osaka Vacuum provides the best solutions to create vacuum environment according to the required conditions in manufacturing process of these industries, such as coating, etching, exposure, ion implantation, packaging, inspection, etc. We also believe that the concept of IoT is necessary for vacuum pumps to create the vacuum environment in smart production.
